As well as integrating a strengths-based perspective, focusing on resilience, cultural identity, and what each client brings to the counseling process.

                Core Values & Beliefs

As a counselor in training, I hold core values and beliefs that guide both my personal and professional growth. I strive to be genuinely present with others, offering authentic connection and empathy in every interaction. I embrace cultural humility, recognizing the importance of honoring diverse identities and perspectives while continually learning from those I serve. Advocacy is central to my role, as I seek to uplift voices and challenge barriers that hinder equity and well-being. My decisions are grounded in professional ethics, ensuring that my practice reflects integrity, respect, and a commitment to the highest standards of care.

Counseling Approach
My counseling approach is rooted in a person-centered framework that prioritizes the unique needs and experiences of each client. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative process, where clients are empowered to actively engage in their growth and healing. When appropriate, I integrate spiritual values or practices, recognizing them as meaningful sources of strength, resilience, and healing.
